About Our Team

At blithequark, we pride ourselves on being an exclusively remote team that thrives on flexibility, autonomy, and open communication. Our team consists of the company founder, three Software Developers, a Quality Assurance Analyst, a part-time Head of Customer Experience, and two part-time Customer Support Representatives. As a Customer Relations Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive timely, courteous, and effective support, primarily through email-based interactions. You'll be working closely with our team to investigate, report, and track potential bugs, and collaborate on resolving customer issues.

Job Summary

As a Customer Relations Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support and ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience with our products. Your duties will include:

Time Frame and Compensation

We anticipate the successful candidate will start in October, with a competitive hourly rate of $20 USD. As a part-time Customer Relations Representative, you'll work approximately 10 hours per week during the fall, winter, and spring seasons, and 6 hours per week during the summer months. You'll have the flexibility to choose your working hours, with the option to swap days with your colleagues in case of vacations, sickness, or personal emergencies.
