Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product offerings
- Efficiently process product orders, arrange delivery appointments, and process associated payments
- Ensure all required information for the order is documented accurately in the required systems
- Resolve any customer concerns about their order
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
- Optimize call time to drive daily productivity and meet performance targets
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of two years customer service experience, preferably within a sales support environment
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide world-class support to our customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Bilingual in Spanish is an asset, but not required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail, with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Lead by example through positive communication, professional overall demeanor, and time and attendance
- Able to accept feedback and implement changes, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and have great time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including e-mail, internet, Word, and Excel
Technical Requirements for Remote Work
To work remotely, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
- Ability to connect your assigned computer equipment via Ethernet cable or secured Wi-Fi (WPA2 Personal with a strong password)
- Reliable internet with 30Mbps download and 10Mbps upload speed
