About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Operations Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer product inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and troubleshooting problems with malfunctioning software applications. You will also be expected to document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
