About the Role: Full Time Teller at Tillmans Corner
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Teller to join our team at Tillmans Corner. As a Teller, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and helping to build strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, in an efficient and accurate manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Identify opportunities to promote our products and services, making recommendations to customers based on their financial needs and goals
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers, either in a banking or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- A strong focus on customer service, with a commitment to providing exceptional experiences for our customers
- Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and balance cash and other negotiable instruments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working in a banking or financial services environment, with knowledge of our products and services
- Military experience, either as a veteran or currently serving in the military
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, with a focus on business, finance, or a related field
- Ability to speak multiple languages, with fluency in Spanish, Chinese, or another language
- Experience working with technology, including mobile banking apps and online banking platforms
