You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, including live chat, phones, email, and social media. To be successful in this role, you must have prior customer service experience and be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 30 hours per week during peak weeks. You must also be flexible and reliable to work an e-commerce schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to learn quickly, and troubleshoot on the fly.
