Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Design Co-op, you will play a vital role in supporting our CXD organization, which manages the customer and employee experience across key areas of the business. Your responsibilities will be diverse and exciting, ranging from market and competitor research, data analysis, and ideation to problem-solving, marketing, communication, event planning, and executive communications. You will have the opportunity to work with various teams within the travel ribbon, including the Service Recovery Team, Onboard Brand Experience Team, Uniform Brand Experience Team, Inflight Entertainment Wi-Fi Team, and Inflight Entertainment Delta Sync Seatback Team.
