Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide access to our premium clients upon arrival at the gathering
- Take ownership and responsibility for the client's experience from start to finish

- Utilize the Client's First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations
- Offer concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel advice, and minimal reservation assistance
- Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our premium clients
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
- A passion for delivering proactive solutions to clients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, charming clients with every interaction
- The ability to listen to clients' needs, propose tailored suggestions, and deliver high satisfaction with the assistance provided
- To demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
