Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Security Sales and arenaflex Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, resolve customer technical and compliance issues, and develop strategies to address technical blockers.
- Work with all arenaflex Cloud Security products to demonstrate and validate solution benefits in customer and partner environments.
- Support arenaflex Cloud Security opportunities and relationships, owning technical aspects of solutions, and delivering technical presentations, product briefings, and demos to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Attend customer sites, meetings, and other relevant events where applicable.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in security or cloud native models in a customer-facing role.
- Experience in network security (e.g., threat detection, malware analysis, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems).
- Preferred qualifications include a graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field, as well as certifications in Cloud or Security industries.
- Knowledge of product and solution market trends in the network security industry (e.g., ransomware, attack vectors, zero trust, etc.).
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
