Job Overview

The Customer Care Team Lead will be responsible for providing front-line, direct contact with clients and customers, as well as coaching and developing a team of up to 20 customer care specialists. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home and collaborate with a geographically dispersed team. The successful candidate will be expected to work a schedule that includes Monday through Friday, with possible evenings and Saturdays, to ensure seamless coverage and support for our customers.
