Key Responsibilities:
- Support billing calls by processing payments, accurately educating customers on their billing cycle, payment due dates, and the impact of non-pay status, as well as educating customers on general charges to their account based on package and prorations when changes are made to the package.
- Proactively review the customer's account and educate the customer on additional service options, promoting upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Support all arenaflex video, phone, and internet products with basic and advanced troubleshooting to resolve customer issues, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their problems.
- Escalate any customer issues that may be indicative of larger network issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems and improve our overall service quality.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Requirements and Qualifications
