Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls in a timely and professional manner, following company-provided procedures and ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of policies and procedures to respond to customer calls, striving to reduce the need for supervisor callbacks.
• Participate in voluntary and mandatory training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service environment preferred, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and resolving complex customer inquiries.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage your time, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP CRM and ECC systems, with a strong understanding of utility company operations and regulations.
• Previous experience working for a utility company, with a thorough understanding of PUC rules and regulations, including Chapter 56 and Chapter 14.
• Strong knowledge of arenaflex policies and procedures, with the ability to apply this knowledge to resolve complex customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
