**Job Summary**
As an Associate Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, processing customer orders, handling inquiries, and resolving basic problems to ensure customer satisfaction. **Primary Responsibilities**
* Respond to basic inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide customers with basic product and pricing information.
* Enter and maintain accurate customer orders using various software applications.

**Compensation and Benefits**
* The base pay for this position ranges from $16.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour depending on the geographic region.
* Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
