**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Representative & Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external customers, handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, processing customer service requests, and updating customer portals. You'll work closely with our Service Coordinators to notify customers of service dates and upload documentation to customer portals and accounting/work order systems. Your attention to detail and expertise in Excel and Microsoft Office will be essential in ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient data management.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process customer service requests, including updating customer portals and accounting/work order systems
* Work closely with Service Coordinators to notify customers of service dates and ensure timely completion of services
* Upload documentation to customer portals and accounting/work order systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in customer care or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and other documents
* Ability to work nights and weekends, Central Standard Time (CST)
