- Ensure seamless order processing by accurately and efficiently entering customer orders into our SAP system, meeting departmental scorecards and metrics.
- Resolve customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, utilizing multiple customer support tools, including SAP and business unit contacts as needed.
- Establish and maintain world-class customer relationships by developing rapport, actively listening, and providing consultative support and recommendations to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer retention, maintain customer confidence, and protect operations by suggesting alternatives to out-of-stock items, informing customers of available deals, and keeping information confidential.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues, provide feedback, and continuously improve our customer care processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in academic achievement.
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
- No prior experience is required; however, a results-oriented mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and customer service experience are highly desirable.
- The ability to multi-task, work independently, and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to utilize diplomacy and discretion in customer interactions.
