**The Role**
As a Customer Care Agent on our weekend shift / part-time team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound support requests from our partner staff or customers via email, phone, and chat. Your primary objective will be to build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. You'll provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right methods and tools, update and revise existing customer support documentation, and recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound support requests from partner staff or customers via email, phone, and chat
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
* Update, revise, and expand upon existing customer support documentation
* Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
* Work part-time (Saturday/Sunday/Monday)

**Essential Qualifications**
* 3 years demonstrated experience in customer service in different forms (phone, email, chat)

* Excellent communication and presentation skills
