**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Agent to join our team in California (remote), Colorado (hybrid), or Texas (remote). As a key member of our Customer Development Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible support and experience with our solutions. Your mission will be to engage with customers via phone or email, resolve complex technical issues, and provide accurate information about our platform and its features.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously via phone and email
* Providing accurate information about our platform and its features
* Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system
* Supporting the improvement of our Customer Development operation
