The Role: Customer Care Agent

Your mission as a Customer Care Agent at blithequark is to ensure our customers get the best out of our solution by engaging with them via phone or mail and solving complex technical issues effectively. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support and driving customer success. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Care Agent to join our Customer Development Team in California (remote), Colorado (hybrid), or Texas (remote).
