Join us and be part of a team that truly makes a difference! **Job Summary** As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service and support to our members. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members regarding insurance products. You'll assist members with quotes, binding new business, policy inquiries, billing, payments, underwriting, and coverage provisions.
