**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
* Mastering product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
* Initiating steps to address customer concerns and roadblocks, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Managing external competitive pressures and handling objections to retain customers or win new customers
* Managing a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day, with a focus on outbound communication
* Collaborating with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects
* Maintaining the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured and up-to-date
* Undertaking sales motions, including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, and renewing contracts
* Working closely with a team and reporting directly to a Sales Manager
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity, with a proven track record of achieving personal and team sales quota/goals
* Prior success in high-volume calling and experience learning new technology and data
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of MS Office programs
* Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
* Experience or willingness to work from home
* A strong passion for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction

**Compensation and Benefits**
The base salary range for this position is $32,600 - $49,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid learning days.
