About the Role: Coca Cola Delivery Specialist – Route Sales Driver
We're seeking a results-driven Coca Cola Delivery Specialist to join our team! As a Coca Cola Delivery Specialist – Route Sales Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive top-quality products and exceptional service on assigned routes. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. You'll be responsible for distributing and selling products, establishing and nurturing customer relations, and guaranteeing product availability at accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen the profit margins of allocated accounts by selling products, organizing distribution channels, managing displays, and executing promotional strategies.
- Provide daily product sales and deliveries to assigned accounts as part of the operational routine.
- Ensure all accounts are stocked in accordance with the guidelines of CCBCHC.
- Maintain proper accounting of products, cash, and assets on a daily basis.
- Effectively manage and collect all monies owed through meticulous invoicing.
- Build rapport with account personnel while delivering outstanding customer service to all accounts through consistent communication, prompt problem-solving, and effective follow-up.
- Maintain a neat and organized appearance of CCBCHC equipment and products for assigned accounts.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage room while dealing with trade breakage for assigned customers.
- Carry out the obligatory vehicle and load checks to comply with CCBCHC safety standards.
- Cultivate amicable and professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Keep an eye on the merchandise, advertising activities, and performance of your rivals.
- Adhere, comply, and enforce all regulations, policies, workflows, and processes.
Essential Qualifications:
- A valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record.
- Capability to obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days of initiating employment.
- Adherence to the CDL guidelines and meeting the driving record standards set by CCBCHC.
- Capability to satisfy and uphold DOT physical mandates.
- High school diploma or its equivalent, the GED.
- 1-3 years of work in a general setting, preferably in commercial driving or a grocery store/consumer products environment.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in navigating a hand trolley with two or four wheels.
- Skillfulness in driving and controlling different varieties of power trucks.
- Aptitude for understanding the intricacies of business operations.
- Clear and concise communication through both verbal and written mediums.
- Confidence in making critical decisions while following company policies.
- Propensity to make quick and sound decisions while exercising good judgment and logical reasoning.

Work Environment and Company Culture
Our work setting is likely to be moderately noisy due to the usage of manufacturing and/or warehousing equipment. The successful candidate will be required to travel to other company locations for business purposes, roughly accounting for 10% of their working hours. The job requires a willingness to work weekends and holidays.
Physical Demands:

- Ability to see up close and maintain focus when operating a computer terminal.
