Job Overview
As a Client Connect Coordinator at blithequark, you will play a key role in assisting in the consumer reaction process across one or more categories. You will collaborate with crew members, friends, and partners across sales and solutions teams to help create custom innovative customer-first thoughts, proposals, and displays that supply against the dreams and targets of our marketing partners. Your exceptional organizational and administrative skills will be essential in providing support to the Purchaser Connect Team individuals through the introduction and monitoring of trackers and weekly reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the improvement and execution of go-platform (linear, virtual, social, and so forth) client reaction, ensuring seamless delivery of customer-first solutions.
- Take part in concept generation and help with the advent of pitch substances (RFPs and proactive), leveraging your creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Help coordinate factors of the client response procedure, including timeline, approvals, and many others, to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.
- Provide organizational and administrative help to the crew, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Obligations and Duties of the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Helping in the improvement and execution of go-platform (linear, digital, social, and so forth) patron response, ensuring that all solutions meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
- Taking part in idea generation and assisting with the creation of pitch materials (RFPs and proactive), leveraging your knowledge of advertising, sponsorship, and branded entertainment.
- Assisting in coordinating elements of the customer reaction manner, including timeline, approvals, and so forth, to ensure that all solutions are delivered on time and to budget.

Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Education
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in advertising, sponsorship, promoting, branded entertainment, and/or media experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer-first solutions.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Keynote, and Google Doctors/Sheets, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or business, with a strong academic record and a passion for learning.
