Key Responsibilities
As a Campus Growth Program Ambassador, you will be responsible for:
- Ideating and Implementing Growth Strategies: Develop and execute creative plans to build Leland's presence on your campus, increasing brand awareness and engagement among students.
- Growing Leland's Community: Engage with our network of highly-talented individuals, fostering a sense of community and encouraging collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
- Building Relationships with Key Stakeholders: Establish and maintain relationships with influential individuals on your college campus, including professors, department heads, club presidents, and other student leaders.
- Creating Content and Resources: Develop and share valuable content, resources, and guides to support college students in their job recruiting journeys and help them achieve their career and educational goals.
- Sharing Leland's Content: Disseminate Leland's articles, resources, and social media posts to help other students accomplish their goals and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Contributing to Leland's Culture: Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment within Leland's community, promoting a culture of mutual support and respect.
- Assisting in Recruiting Future Ambassadors: Identify and recruit talented students to join Leland's network as future ambassadors, ensuring the continued growth and success of our program.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should:
- Be a High-Potential Student: Possess a strong professional and academic background, with a demonstrated track record of achievement and a commitment to excellence.
- Be Interested in High-Potential Career Paths: Have a genuine interest in entrepreneurship, product management, investment banking, consulting, private equity/venture capital, med school, dental school, law school, or other high-potential career paths.

- Be Able to Commit to the Program: Commit to approximately 10 hours per month towards this role, ensuring you can dedicate sufficient time to fulfill your responsibilities.
