In this role, you'll be working primarily in a remote call center environment, responding to provider inquiries regarding enrollment, claims, policy, and other healthcare-related topics. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure that their needs are met. Your Role in Our Mission

As a Call Center Customer Support Agent - Healthcare at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering telephones and responding to customer questions and/or forwarding calls to appropriate personnel
• Recording calls on account history records with results of the inquiry and initiating required confirmation without direct supervision
• Researching customer inquiries and responding to appropriate parties in a timely manner
• Processing calls in a timely, accurate, and quality manner to ensure service levels are met or exceeded
• Interfacing with team members, management, customers, and clients regarding customer service issues and ensuring that inquiries and issues are researched and in compliance with state-identified policies, procedures, and criteria
• Reviewing and recommending modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions
• Staying abreast of industry best practices, process improvements, and customer service to maintain a state-of-the-art Contact Center

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• Two or more years of customer service or telephone experience
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with accountability for self-time management
• Ability to follow oral and written directions

What You Should Expect in This Role

As a Call Center Customer Support Agent - Healthcare at blithequark, you can expect:

• Full-time (40 hours a week) remote work arrangement
• May require shift work, including evenings and weekends
• Some overtime may be required
• Most benefits start on the first day of employment
• Remote work arrangement requires a broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

Compensation and Benefits
