- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime required
- Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
- Ability to work from home in a dedicated workspace that meets blithequark's WFH standards (technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.)
- Availability, accessibility, and accountability to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a successful WFH experience, you will need to:
- Participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)
- Maintain a dedicated workspace that meets blithequark's WFH standards
- Ensure your workspace is secure, reliable, and dedicated to supporting business needs
