About the Role

As a B2B Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our business customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve their wireless product and service concerns. You'll work closely with our business representatives and Verizon support teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
