About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for responding to inbound and outbound call inquiries, initiating outbound calls to respond to inquiries and follow-up with previous contacts, and providing exceptional customer service to our consumers. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound call inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, demonstrating a public-service orientation and understanding of the needs of persons with disabilities.
- Initiate outbound calls to respond to inquiries and follow-up with previous contacts, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with empathy and care.
- Perform support ticket transaction resolution tasks and administrative functions, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.

- Maintain adequate records and documentation for audit and internal control purposes, adhering to blithequark's high standards of quality and compliance.
- Route mail, email, and other administrative support duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
- Develop a thorough understanding of program rules and operating platforms required to fulfill job responsibilities, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in customer service.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- 6-month call center experience preferred; or 1-year customer service experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding and ability to work with persons with disabilities.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word preferred.
