As an Outbound Customer Service Advocate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering education and information to our members and providers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to provide timely, accurate, and personalized support, ensuring a successful experience for all stakeholders. You will be the front-line support for various member and provider inquiries, requests, and concerns, and will escalate calls as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a High School diploma or GED, and have 1-2 years of related experience in a contact center environment. Vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience is also desirable. You should be fluent in Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and problem-solve will be essential in this role.
