As a member of the blithequark team, you will play a vital role in addressing customer concerns, providing support, and resolving problems. This is an English-speaking role, and fluency in English is required. You will be working from home, utilizing your excellent communication skills to help customers solve problems they encounter while using our products and/or services. Your responsibilities will include recording call information for audit and reporting purposes, maintaining and updating customer information as required, selling new or improved services to existing customers, and activating credit cards.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED, with customer service experience being a plus. You should have strong computer navigation skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), and excellent oral and written communication skills. Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, a professional and courteous demeanor, and a customer-oriented approach are essential for this role.
As a blithequark employee, you will be working from home, utilizing your own computer and internet connection. Your home working environment must be located in a private residence, with a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements. You will need to provide an internet/broadband connection, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps. A USB headset is required, and you must be able to work in a permanent sedentary position.
