- High School Diploma or GED is required, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- 6 months of Call Center experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of call center operations and customer service principles.
- Ability to type 25 wpm and comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems.
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a flexible and adaptable approach to scheduling.
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
