We are looking for a freelance Data Entry Operator and Content Moderator to work onsite at our location in Powai, Mumbai, India. The successful candidate will be required to work from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, for a period of 2-6 weeks in December 2024 and January 2025. As a Content Moderator and Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibility will be to welcome voluntary participants to our data collection project, lead them through the data collection session, and ensure that the audio recordings adhere to the project guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly and naturally in both Marathi and English. You should also have some technical proficiency, including the ability to use a Mac, iPhone, and Terminal in macOS, and be comfortable working with various hardware and software. Additionally, you should be good at troubleshooting problems and finding solutions, and be able to update a spreadsheet-based tracker accurately and completely.
