Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Excellent Spanish language skills, with the ability to move seamlessly between Spanish and English calls
- Strong computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to juggle multiple open computer windows
- Self-motivation, with a strong desire to improve and learn new things
- Patient and empathetic, with the ability to listen and recognize the needs of our clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to organize work effectively
- Ability to work in a structured environment, adhering to a posted work schedule and meeting deadlines
- High school degree required, with an associate or bachelor's degree being a plus
- Experience working in a customer service environment, with knowledge of health and welfare and/or defined benefit pension plans being an asset
