**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and offer expert solutions to meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities**
