**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll be the face of arenaflex, answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish and have a passion for delivering legendary service, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
* Become a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
