Job Overview

We are currently hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English / Spanish) to support our Health Texas project by providing customer care and enrollment services for health benefits via telephone, IVR, and web-based portals. This is a remote opportunity, and the successful candidate will be responsible for working from home, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

Schedule Details

Our call center operates from 7:15 am EST to 5:30 pm MST, Monday to Friday, and the successful candidate will be scheduled to work 8-hour shifts within these hours.
