About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver amazing service to our members via chat and email, offering education and guidance to help them understand and utilize their benefits, as well as find the right provider for their needs
- Follow documented best practices for handling member inquiries, suggesting process improvements as you identify them
- Manage and organize your workload using arenaflex's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite
- Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs, ensuring that our members receive timely and effective support
- Retail a detailed, working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends
- Relay member feedback to leadership teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our solution and the enhancement of our members' experience
