About the Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Our Customer Service Representatives serve as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in arenaflex's financial hardship programs. As the voice of arenaflex, our CSRs provide exceptional support, connecting our Sales and Operations teams to deliver seamless experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class customer service experiences over the phone, responding to client requests, anticipating needs, and educating them on our programs
- Analyze client problems through effective listening and provide timely, efficient solutions
- Employ strong interpersonal skills to handle difficult calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Thoroughly document request outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
- Work efficiently to resolve client requests independently and as part of a team
