What You Will Do in This Role

As a Customer Representative on our team, you will be the face of our brand, providing first-class customer satisfaction and support to our clients and their customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service via telephone, email, chat, or social media, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Logging call details onto our call tracking systems and performing follow-ups according to established procedures.
• Supporting consumers in the sales and after-sales process by qualifying their needs, recommending products, and providing after-sales support.
• Forwarding escalations and defined topics to the respective brand units or contact persons, ensuring that all customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
• De-escalating complaints, offering solutions within our client's procedures and policies, and transferring non-standard cases to the client or designated partner for resolution.
• Ensuring that our client's corporate image is presented correctly in all interactions, generating exceptional customer experiences through outstanding service and personal care on all channels.

Your Qualifications
