• Maintain thorough records by documenting discussions, messages, and actions taken to process inquiries.

• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, to perform job duties.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).
• Must have a reliable cell phone and a minimum internet speed of 10mb down and 1mb up (no satellite internet is allowed).
• Experience in a highly customer service-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and helpful even when dealing with upset customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience with Avaya telephony platform.
• Knowledge of and strict adherence to HIPAA regulations.
