Key Responsibilities and Expectations
As an Aviation Data Entry Specialist for Delta Airlines, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional training experiences to 14 CFR Part 121 certified Air service pilots in Flight training for Delta Air Lines or external DPS clients
- Coordinating and assisting with Fleet standard programs for all raise DCLC (Delta Captain Leadership Course) and Pilot Indoctrination
- Coordinating DCLC monthly instructor schedule and student roster
- Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the training development/Media manager, Analytics manager, and instructor team
- Supporting all raise in classroom courseware and logistics for DCLC and Pilot leadership
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Pilot in Command and Second in Command responsibilities, roles, and responsibilities
- Expectations for professionalism, leadership, decision making, team resource, and risk and error management
- Customer service policies, procedures, and available resources
- Presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to present organized briefings and lead large, interactive discussions
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
- Have an Airline Transport Pilot certificate with aircraft Multiengine Land class
- Have served as a pilot at a 14 CFR Part 121 certified Air carrier
- Have accrued at least 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command at a 14 CFR Part 121 certified Air carrier
- Be familiar with the technology required for the position, including Apple iPad tablets, MS PowerPoint, and other software applications
- Embody a diverse set of people, thinking, and styles
