Key Responsibilities
As an Amazon Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Working with the implementation of the WW CS Experts strategy through local management and support teams
- Leading and supporting process improvement projects at the organization level that may have a global impact
- Mentoring and training Leaders and project teams on Experts ideas and philosophies
- Performing quantitative analysis of key process indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Directing project portfolio, helping Continuous Improvement Specialists and individual program managers with execution and delivery of results
- Identifying valuable opportunities to automate processes and collaborating with partners to develop an automation pipeline
- Reviewing completed projects to verify supported impact and collaborating with Financial Controller to validate impact
- Communicating across all levels on project and program progress
- Working with and participating in meetings as necessary to collaborate with development and organization-wide initiatives
- Managing and developing talent
- Setting objectives and tasks independently in highly ambiguous situations
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 2+ years of team management experience
- 2+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 2 years of proven experience with continuous improvement tools and processes, or demonstrated ability of a capable level continuous improvement specialist
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience presenting, analyzing, and delivering results to senior leadership
- 2+ years of experience leading global or cross-territorial initiatives
