At UiPath, our Executive Assistants are valued partners and trusted collaborators to our leadership team. In this high-visibility role, you will provide comprehensive administrative, organizational, and project support to multiple executives. You’ll work closely with a collaborative network of Executive Assistants to support not only your leaders but one another as well.

Provide proactive, thoughtful support on both day-to-day operations and broader strategic initiatives
Act as a central point of coordination between departments—connecting information, closing loops, and ensuring cross-functional alignment
Manage complex calendars across time zones for a global organization, coordinate domestic and international travel, and handle logistical planning
Protect your leaders’ time by identifying and prioritizing high-impact meetings and commitments that support strategic goals
Prepare for meetings from start to finish, including scheduling, compiling materials and follow-up—ensuring all stakeholders are aligned
Coordinate and track multiple projects to ensure nothing falls through the cracks, including projects like onboarding, org charts, distribution lists
Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, representing the team with professionalism and discretion
Help plan and execute team events, offsites, and onsite meetings that bring people together (25% travel as needed)
Work closely with a team of Executive Assistants—sharing responsibilities, providing backup, and collaborating on cross-functional projects
3+ of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Exceptionally organized and structured, with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and quickly assess what requires urgent attention
Solutions-oriented mindset—you don’t just complete tasks, you anticipate needs and think two steps ahead
Experienced in scheduling across time zones and managing complex workflows
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Sharepoint)
Discreet, reliable, and professional in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
Naturally organized and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
