Job Description:
• Deliver multiple software upgrade assistance and implementations via consulting activities
• Be the trusted advisor to clients on system configuration and implementation
• Communicate with the customer to determine needs and contribute solution design
• Assist with project issues and help coordinate activities
• Provide ongoing client support and troubleshooting for application questions
• Provide on-site training and consulting for clients if necessary
Requirements:
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing accounting position or financial consulting for an ERP software
• Strong knowledge in supply chain / distribution desirable
• Proven success in ERP software project implementation and deployment across multi-business verticals
• High level (Intermediate) of proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint
• Experience (Intermediate) with ERP solutions such as Infor Visual, Syteline, Epicor, Great Plains etc.
