About the Job:
We’re currently hiring Entry-Level Manufacturing Associates to join our team in Canton, OH across all three shifts. If you’re mechanically inclined, dependable, and looking to start a career in manufacturing, this is your opportunity. No experience required—we provide all necessary training!
What You’ll Do:
• Operate or assist with basic manufacturing equipment
• Load and unload parts or materials
• Follow safety protocols and work instructions
• Perform basic quality checks using measuring tools (training provided)
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Work as part of a production team to meet daily goals
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong mechanical aptitude or hands-on skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Good attitude and reliable attendance
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Previous manufacturing or machine experience is a plus, but not necessary
