Primary Responsibilities

- Enter required grant data accurately into our systems, meeting monthly, quarterly, and year-end deadlines, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate records and follow required procedures and practices for attendance and assessment data, adhering to established protocols and ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Maintain required security of student data in compliance with FERPA, demonstrating your understanding of data protection principles and your commitment to safeguarding sensitive information.
- Complete regular error checks and data clean-up to ensure accurate reporting, utilizing your analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Ensure data is accessible in a timely manner to staff and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet all local, state, and program deadlines, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, including pre/post testing with state-mandated assessments, and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scanning documents, labeling items, inventorying supplies, and preparing mailings, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to support the team.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
