The Role of a Customer Relationship Advocate

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's valued clients, answering inbound phone calls, and supporting a broad range of client needs. You will develop skills to assist with trade requests, money movement, online support, and more. As a licensed professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Milestone 1: Licensing Preparation

In the first months, you will prepare to become a FINRA (Registered Representative) by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses, all fully sponsored by arenaflex. You will have access to valuable resources, including licensing coaches and workshops, to support you in this process.

Milestone 2: Skill Development

In the following months, you will handle more complex customer calls while dedicating time each week to connect with your team, meet with your leader, and expand your network. You will continue to develop your skills and knowledge, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support.

Milestone 3: Proficiency

As you gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers, you will explore new career paths through job shadowing and our career center. You will have the opportunity to take on new challenges and responsibilities, while continuing to develop your skills and knowledge in the financial industry.
