Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or newsletter publishing, with a proven track record of growing audiences and driving measurable results.
• Demonstrated ability to own and execute email strategy end-to-end, effectively balancing creative storytelling with performance optimization and conversion metrics.
• Hands-on experience with major email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Sailthru, or similar).
• Strong proficiency in segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and behavioral targeting across the entire email lifecycle.
• Experience supporting newsletter revenue generation through ad sales, sponsorships, affiliate promotions, or partner deliverables.
• Familiarity with analytics, reporting, and audience data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, BI tools, CRM/CDP integrations); bonus points for experience with emerging paid acquisition channels like Reddit.
