Responsibilities
• Inspire and influence others to deliver on our growth objectives.
• Leverage real estate growth expertise and business strategy skills to lead a small team of market planners and technologists.
• Set goals for the work team and actively provide partners with coaching, feedback and development opportunities.
• Model leadership behavior for the larger team.
• Lead the development and delivery of store development systems.
• Drive change in store development systems to deliver an approach to market growth strategy.
• Manage budgets, work plans, staffing plans, and recognition and retention initiatives.
Requirements
• Demonstrated strategic and technological expertise in consumer-focused industries such as food service, retail, or consumer goods.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and developing commercial real estate growth strategies.
• Advanced experience with technology tools like ArcGIS, Alteryx, Microsoft Databricks, Azure, Python, Power BI & virtual collaboration tools.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Market Planning and/or commercial real estate experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business process design and leading multiple large programs or project implementations within a large, global company.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience budgeting, planning and managing projects and programs.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervision of diverse international work groups.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working across organizational boundaries at all levels, including executive positions.
