• You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our metadata applications and platform, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated, highly usable, and deliver immediate business impact for our customers.
• This role requires a blend of technical depth, customer empathy, and strategic thinking to build a world-class metadata control plane and a thriving app ecosystem.
• You will lead a team of product managers focused on different aspects of the platform.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in product management, particularly with platform or enterprise products.
• Experience developing data integration products is a significant plus.
• Experience in leading a team of product managers.
• Strong technical background and understanding of metadata applications, adapters, APIs, data integration methodologies, and modern data stack tools.
• Deep empathy for customers, with a track record of delivering solutions that improve onboarding, drive adoption, and create measurable value and impact.
• Proven experience working with developer-facing products (external and internal) or similar.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and visualisation skills, with a focus on user experience and interface design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organisation.
