Director of Strategic Sales, Strategic Partners

What We Need   Corpay is currently looking to hire a Director of Strategic Sales within our Strategic Partners Payables line of business, which provides a comprehensive suite of online B2B payment solutions from AP automation to commercial expense cards and bill payment. This position is responsible for revenue production through our channel partner program. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining an active pipeline, presenting Corpay's solutions to prospective partners, signing new partners and driving incremental revenue. You will work with other members of the Strategic Partners Group as well as cross functional teams to help design the optimal partnership structure for each new partner.  How We Work   As a Director of Strategic Sales, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:  - Company-issued equipment + remote access  - Monthly home internet and mobile stipend  Role Responsibilities  - Gain a full understanding of Corpay's offerings - Prospecting and networking - Develop a healthy, active pipeline that is at least 1.5 times the size of your annual goal - Track all pipeline activity in Salesforce.com - Provide weekly updates on pipeline progress - Identify the optimal partnership structure for each new partner - Present Corpay’s solutions to prospective partners while clearly articulating the Corpay value prop - Sign new partners - Negotiate complex contracts - Create appropriate pricing construct for each particular deal - Ensure the agreement provides meaningful value for all parties - When necessary, write business cases to justify new partnership type opportunities  - Drive incremental revenue - Guide implementation team, relationship manager, and account manager teams to help get program up and running as quickly as possible - Assist partner with initial training or sales calls as needed to help create a foundation that partner can build on - Stay abreast of any changes within the corporate payments space and with Corpay’s product offerings Qualifications & Skills  - Bachelor's degree preferred  - Corporate payments experience is mandatory - 7+ years of consultative sales experience - Experience selling to all levels with corporate clients – especially C-suite - Ability to independently develop and maintain a pipeline (in Salesforce.com) - Proven track record of solid results against goals/plan - Strong organizational, interpersonal, relationship building, and presentation skills - A passion for the activity needed to excel – making one more phone call, one more visit, etc. - Must be able to manage time effectively and work independently without direct supervision - Travel required (approx. 25%)  Benefits & Perks     - Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire  - Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)  - Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide  - Robust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, &volunteer time  - Employee discounts with major providers   - Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations  - Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes  This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure.  Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range varies depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs.  The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets.  At Corpay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  Estimated salary is $150,000 -$175,000 plus a competitive commission plan   Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer   Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
