Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.

As a Director of Product on the Trust Safety (TS) team at Affirm, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of consumer financial services, commerce, and payments.

The TS team is responsible for onboarding consumers, verifying their identity, and allowing them to easily and securely access Affirm through our app, Affirm Card and at leading partners such as Amazon, Shopify, Apple Pay and Stripe. We do this by building and optimizing sign-up and sign-in experiences powered by data integrations and risk-decisioning systems to deliver seamless customer experiences.

As the TS Director of Product, you will lead a talented and ambitious team responsible for our “top-of-funnel” experience, building both Affirm and partner-hosted flows to connect consumers with Affirm’s lending and payment solutions. You should be outcomes driven with a very high bias for action and undaunted by multiple dependencies and constraints. You will align and inspire cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Product Analytics, Risk Analytics, Info Security, and Legal/Compliance.
